YOUR TASKS:
Identification, development and support of new business opportunities
Independent development and implementation of customer acquisition strategies combined with regular market and competition monitoring
Preparation and management of meetings with potential new customers
Coordination of contract negotiations
Supporting and advising existing and new customers
Representation of the company at industry conferences, conventions and trade fairs
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Successfully completed business or technical university studies with a focus on marketing/sales/IT or a comparable degree
Experience in sales
Experience in ERP is an advantage
Process knowledge in manufacturing and sales companies is a plus
Business fluent in German and English
High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
Customer-centred, success-oriented and innovative way of working
Dynamic action, assertiveness, sense of responsibility
Presentation skills, persuasiveness and good communication skills

Planning, organisation and implementation of internal and external measures in the area of employer branding
Supervision and optimisation of measures for internal employee retention and satisfaction
Acting as brand ambassador for VIKDO
Creation of appealing content on employee, career and company topics on social media, internal newsletter
Close cooperation and networking with our marketing team, managers, employees, partners and external suppliers
Analysing the measures implemented, evaluating their effectiveness, reporting on the results and deriving further measures
Taking over HR projects and developing HR concepts
Supervision of own areas in recruiting
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Successfully completed degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences, marketing or similar with a focus on human resources
Initial experience in the implementation of employer branding/marketing projects desirable, preferably in the IT sector
Experience in international personnel marketing is an advantage
Creativity and stylistic confidence in the area of content creation as well as text creation and editing
Experienced in dealing with social networks, blogs and co.
Business fluent in German and very good English skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and determination in implementing new ideas
